1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the services provided by RocketZentronix.ai, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.
2. License to Use
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our enterprise AI systems and software solely for your internal business operations in accordance with these Terms and your specific enterprise agreement.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use our systems to: (a) generate illegal or harmful content; (b) attempt to reverse engineer our proprietary algorithms; or (c) intentionally overload or disrupt our server infrastructure.
4. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in the services, including but not limited to the base AI models, algorithms, and software architecture, remain the exclusive property of RocketZentronix.ai.
5. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall RocketZentronix.ai be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of our services.
